We understand how important it is that your order arrives promptly we make sure that your order will be shipped the Same Day if you order before 11am Mon-Friday or Next Working Day if you order later in the day.

We might sometimes send a different Brand from the product/s purchased with 100% same Active ingredients and quality & quantity in mg, this depends on our suppliers so please rest assured that you will always receive the best quality of products from us.
All Orders Will be:
Shipped from England - United Kingdom ONLY via Royal Mail UK. If you are ordering from the UK the normal delivery time will be 1-2 working days usually. For European Union Countries the delivery time takes 5-15 working days. An adult signature may be required at the given shipping address upon delivery for all (Recorded/Tracked) shipments.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have received from us please let us know within 30 days of placing your order so we can discuss your options/alternatives or fully refund you. Please make sure to place a small order if you are trying a product that you haven’t used before or if ordering the first time from us. Most of our products have over 1 year left to the expiry date, but in some cases can be under 1 year, please let us know if we have sent you a product which has less than 3 months near to the expiry date as we might be able to re-ship the same product or an alternative one free of charge (if that wasn’t mentioned on the product description). We ship some products including Kamagra Jelly/Sextreme Jelly/Apcalis Jelly Kamagra Polo & Soft without the box to save weight and to make the packaging less bulky, if you need them shipped with the boxes please let us know in advance. Due to the Current Situation of COVID-19, we are unable to process a refund or re-ship any order shipped to the EU if 30 days have not passed since the order was shipped.
For UK orders We kindly ask you to first allow 5 business days from the day the order was shipped.
If after those 5 days, you have not received the package, please send us an E-mail and we will take care of your request immediately to track your order. Please note we will have to wait for at least 7 working days before we consider a package lost so we can refund the order. The delivery will be upgraded Free of charge to Tracked/Insured on some orders over £40.
For Orders From European Countries if you haven’t received the items within 15 working days please make sure to Email Us so we can track the post for you (Tracking records are held for up to 30-45 days). We might refuse to re-ship an order due to negligence, refusal of the delivery, missed delivery, have not paid the customs fees, or the wrong Address has been typed by the Customer at the Checkout. As we ship via Royal Mail UK all items posted to the EU will be taken over by one of the main delivery companies in your country like GLS – Germany- Poland -Austria - Postnord Sweden – Postnord Denmark - LaPoste & GLS - France - Poste Italiane – Italy An Post – Ireland Correos – Spain CTT Correios de Portugal.
Please make sure you are able to receive posts through these providers as we are not able to contact your country’s postal system for any re-delivery or missed delivery! If you have not received an order from us please do not place a new one until we have sorted the first order with re-delivery or refund.
We only re-ship the orders via tracked Delivery to avoid the post being lost.
All missed Deliveries that are not collected on time will be *PERMANENTLY LOST AS WE DO NOT HAVE A RETURN ADDRESS ON OUR ENVELOPES*!
If you are paying via Bank transfers, please make the payment and confirm your order within 3 working days.
