Our guaranteed next day delivery service (Mon-Friday) includes Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery for £9.99 (for orders placed Thursday afternoon till Friday 11am) within the UK only. On occasion, we may send a different brand with the same active ingredients, quality, and quantity in mg due to supplier variability. You can always expect the highest quality products from us.
All Orders Will Be Shipped: Directly from England - United Kingdom via Royal Mail UK. Typical delivery times are 1-3 working days for the UK, and 5-15 working days for European Union countries. An adult signature may be required upon delivery for all recorded/tracked shipments.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 30 days of receipt to discuss a refund or exchange. For first-time orders or trying new products, consider placing a small order. Products typically have more than 1 year until expiry; if any item arrives with less than 2 months to expiry, contact us for a free re-shipment or alternative product, unless specified otherwise in the product description. At Kamagra Now, we are committed to ensuring our customers have a clear understanding of our return policy regarding tablets and jellies.
For products with less than 4-6 months until their expiry, we make an effort to notify customers by mentioning this on the product or Status page. Please note, we do not accept returns for products with more than 4 months remaining until expiry from the date of shipping.
If you receive a damaged product, we ask that you immediately take and send us pictures of the damaged items. This enables us to verify the issue and understand what may have caused the damage. Following this, we can take the appropriate action to address your concerns.
For UK orders, if your package hasn't arrived after 5 business days from the dispatch date, please contact us. We consider a package lost after 14 working days, at which point we will offer a refund or replacement. Orders over £40 may qualify for free upgraded tracked/insured delivery.
For European orders, if you haven't received your items within 15 working days, email us for tracking support. Re-shipment may be denied due to issues like negligence or unpaid customs fees. We partner with major postal services across the EU, including GLS and Postnord.
All undelivered packages not collected in time will be PERMANENTLY LOST due to NO return address on our envelopes.
We do not take responsibility for: Neglected, Refused, Recipient is no longer at the address, or Delivery not Collected up on time, Address Error etc...
